We offer dental and vision plans for businesses in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
Effective 1/1/25, vision plan ICKQ is replaced by ICKR for all new business. Additionally, in-force groups will transition to ICKR upon their 2025 renewal. ICKR includes lower copays, and a higher frame allowance than ICKQ.
